Jack MacFarlane
was
born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His
family moved to the U.S.A. when Jack was a small
child and he has resided here since that time.
Jack graduated from
Michigan State University with a degree in
Business Administration. He has spent all of his
adult life being successfully self employed.
